This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for the services provided by Aron Production House. By booking or purchasing any service from us, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

1. General Refund Guidelines

Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service you purchase from Aron Production House. Below are the specific guidelines for each service:

1.1 Live Music Performances

When booking Aron Production House for live music performances (weddings, corporate events, private parties, etc.), the following conditions apply:

  • Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees the reservation of your event date and time.
  • Cancellation by Client:
  • Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit, but you may reschedule the performance for a future date, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, and you will be required to pay the full amount for the service.
  • Cancellation by Aron Production House: In the rare event that Aron Production House must cancel the performance due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option of a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit, or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

1.2 Music Composition Services

For custom music compositions and soundtracks, the following terms apply:

  • Non-refundable Payment: Due to the custom nature of this service, once the music composition process begins, payments are non-refundable. Our composers invest significant time and effort in creating unique compositions tailored to your specific needs.
  • Revisions: If you are not fully satisfied with the composition delivered, we offer two free revisions within the original scope of the project. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.
  • Cancellation Before Composition Begins: If you cancel the order before the composition process starts, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.

1.3 Music Lessons

For our music classes, whether for beginners or intermediate learners, we have the following refund policy:

  • Individual Lessons:
  • If you cancel a scheduled lesson at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling of the lesson at no additional charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable. However, in cases of emergency, we may offer the option to reschedule at our discretion.
  • Lesson Packages: For customers who purchase a package of multiple lessons, the following refund policy applies:
  • Cancellation within 14 days of the purchase date: You are eligible for a full refund for any unused lessons in the package, provided that the request is made within 14 days of the purchase.
  • After 14 days: You may still cancel your package and receive a refund for unused lessons, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • No refund is provided for lessons already taken.

2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made in writing via email or another official communication method outlined on our website.
  • The refund request must include details of the service booked, the reason for cancellation or dissatisfaction, and any relevant documentation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the request is approved.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following conditions or services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Deposits for live performances once the booking has been confirmed.
  • Music compositions that have already been completed or are in the process of being composed.
  • Canceled or missed music lessons without proper notice as outlined above.
  • Services where the agreed-upon scope of work has been fulfilled and no prior dissatisfaction has been communicated.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of booking or purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account. You will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been processed.
